Description
The P20 is the compact vertical point source in the Sage Series — one planar magnetic driver covering five octaves, with two 6-inch high operating pressure woofers beneath it. Continuous power handling is 200 watts and response runs 40 Hz to 20 kHz within 2 dB of the target curve.
Its role in a system is usually surrounds or a smaller room, and the argument for spending Sage money there is timbre matching. A surround built from the same planar driver technology as the mains follows a pan across the room without the tonal shift that gives away a conventional cone-and-dome surround.
Offered free-standing, in-wall as the P20i and on-wall as the P20m, all mixable within one installation. Two amplifier channels and outboard DSP are required, in common with the rest of the Sage Series.
