Sonus faber Palladio PW 562

PW 562 is the standard 2-way in-wall loudspeaker of the Palladio Level 5 Collection — Sonus faber's mid-tier custom-installation line whose design language borrows from the Sonetto cabinet loudspeakers rather than the higher Olympica Nova-derived Level 6. Level 5's characterising visual detail is the satin aluminum trim that frames the tweeter and midwoofer, creating what Sonus faber calls the 'Voice of Sonus faber' aesthetic — a string pattern on the front panel that explicitly references the elastic strings of the original 1993 Guarneri stand design.

The driver complement is a 29 mm DAD (Damped Apex Dome) silk soft dome tweeter and a 6.5-inch paper-cone midwoofer with natural fibre and cellulose pulp blend, mounted in a custom Sonus faber basket. Loading is infinite baffle. Magnetic edgeless rectangular metal grille, ready to be painted. Swing-out dogs plasterboard fixing. Handcrafted in Vicenza. The correct in-wall for Sonetto-anchored systems or mid-tier custom installations.
