Electa Amator III is the third-generation Heritage Collection stand-mount — a direct homage to both the original Electa Amator (1987) and the Electa Amator II (1997), the two speakers that contributed most to Sonus faber's international recognition and cemented the brand's heritage character. Where the Homage Collection references specific Italian luthiers, the Heritage Collection references Sonus faber's own history — and Electa Amator III is the design that anchors that lineage.

The Heritage Collection is defined by an obsession with material honesty: solid wood cabinets rather than veneers, and brass, marble, or aluminum accents at the base. Electa Amator III shares its H28 XTR-04 Damped Apex Dome (DAD) 1.1-inch fabric tweeter with the rest of the Heritage line (Minima Amator II and the larger floorstanding Maxima Amator), delivering the same top-end signature across the three cabinets. This is a 2-way vented stand-mount design with matching dedicated stands available.

Handcrafted in Vicenza with the disciplined material approach that defines Sonus faber Heritage — solid walnut exterior, brass accents on the base, and Italian leather details — Electa Amator III sits alongside the Homage bookshelf Guarneri G5 as the two premium bookshelf options in the range. Where Guarneri emphasizes the violin-shape lute geometry, Electa Amator III emphasizes material and heritage.
