The Altitude16 delivers the processing and sound quality of the flagship Altitude32, scaled to systems where twenty channels is the ceiling. It renders Dolby Atmos to 20 discrete channels, DTS:X Pro to 20, and Auro-3D to 13.1 — with no limitation on how many of those outputs go to subwoofers or how Atmos speakers are assigned.

It runs the same Intel multi-core platform under TrinnovOS, so it inherits every technology developed for the Altitude32: the Optimizer for loudspeaker and room correction, Remapping for spatial accuracy regardless of where the speakers physically ended up, WaveForming for subwoofer integration, and the same free software updates that keep the platform current for years rather than obsoleting it.

For a private theatre that will never need more than twenty channels, this is the whole Altitude argument without paying for capacity the room cannot use.
