Magnepan .7 Planar Magnetic Loudspeakers

The .7 is Magnepan's answer for rooms where a 79-inch panel simply doesn't fit. Compact by planar standards but still full-range, it uses the same quasi-ribbon aluminum-foil driver technology as the larger models, tuned to work well in modestly-sized rooms. An in-house favorite at Magnepan itself, the .7 delivers the classic Maggie sonic character — transparent, holographic, quick — in a chassis that integrates comfortably into apartments, dedicated smaller rooms, or spaces where visual footprint matters. Pair with a good solid-state amplifier (60W+ into 4Ω) and give it a foot or two of breathing room from the front wall for best results. On active demonstration at LMC Scottsdale.
