The WATT/Puppy is the loudspeaker that made Wilson Audio's name — a compact WATT monitor seated on its dedicated Puppy bass cabinet — and Wilson returned it to the catalogue in 2024 for the company's 50th anniversary, rebuilt around current-generation drivers and crossover work. Two hundred pounds per channel, 91 dB sensitive, and sized for a normally proportioned room rather than a hall.

Driving it is Dan D'Agostino's Pendulum, the newest program in the D'Agostino line and the entry point to the marque. It carries the re-engineered JFET input topology derived from the Momentum C2 preamplifier, a custom 750 VA toroidal transformer and a capacitor bank of nearly 25,000 µF behind 120 watts into 8 ohms — doubling to 240 into 4, which is the tell of a power supply that does not flinch.

Pendulum is also the first D'Agostino component available with HDMI eARC, through its optional digital module. That is what makes a room like this one coherent rather than compromised: the same amplifier that handles a critical two-channel session can take the television's audio, so the 100-inch Sony in the room does not require a second system underneath it.
