Product Details
The McIntosh MA2375 Vacuum Tube Integrated Amplifier brings classic McIntosh tube performance into an all-in-one design — built for listeners who want the warmth, depth, and dimensionality of vacuum tubes without separating their preamplifier and power amplifier stages. Both the preamplification and power amplification stages are vacuum tube, delivering an all-tube signal path from input to speaker terminals in the same chassis. For a full-tube McIntosh system in a single chassis, the MA2375 is what McIntosh built.
The engineering premise for an all-tube integrated is the shortest possible signal path with the tube character preserved end-to-end. Where the MA12000 Hybrid Drive uses tubes in the preamp and solid state in the output, the MA2375 uses tubes throughout: same tube character through gain stages and output stages both, no crossover between technologies inside the chassis. McIntosh’s Unity Coupled Circuit Output Transformer on the power output stage delivers rated power into any speaker load without the impedance-matching limitations of conventional tube designs.
Sentry Monitor protects the output tubes against short circuits and improper loading. McIntosh signature aesthetics with exposed output tubes visible through the top-panel windows, blue-lit power meters, black glass front, and chrome-plated chassis top. Balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs. In an all-McIntosh system, the MA2375 is the natural choice for the listener who wants tube amplification character in a single-chassis integrated rather than assembling a C2800-plus-MC1502 pair of separates.
At $15,000 in current McIntosh pricing, the MA2375 is available at LMC. Walk in during business hours or book ahead for a prepared listening session against the specific loudspeakers you are considering pairing it with — the MA2375 is a comparatively rare product in the current high-end market (a full-tube integrated at this scale) and the audition is where the argument for it becomes concrete.
