Description
The McIntosh MI347 scales the MI-series distribution-amplifier platform to eight channels — four independent stereo zones from a single 2U chassis, for whole-home installations too large for the 2- or 4-channel MI amplifiers to cover efficiently. The same closed-loop digital switching topology and fanless Class D operation carry through at the larger channel count.
Designed to work alongside the CR106 preamplifier/matrix and McIntosh's WS- and CS-series architectural speakers, the MI347 is built for the installer consolidating several zones' worth of amplification into fewer boxes without stepping down in build quality.
