HRS EXRD Audio Stand System

EXRD is the 42-inch wide continuous shelf variant of the EXR — engineered for reference-tier component racks that need to hold multiple pieces side-by-side on a single surface, or for systems where the room layout demands a wider stand. Same US Patent 11,751,682 as the EXR (plus Chinese Patent ZL 2023 1 0811843.9) applies to the EXRD's construction: proprietary HRS-constrained layer damping system for all horizontal shelf surfaces, custom-pressed resin fabric composite top and bottom plates, and a plinth of billet-machined aluminum front trim.

Where the EXR uses a 4-leg asymmetrical support system, the EXRD uses a 5-leg asymmetrical design — increased frame stiffness and better performance across the wider span. Each shelf carries up to 250 lbs. The 1.5" low-profile plinth height minimizes vertical stack — the same visual restraint HRS applies across the EXR family. Component spacing available at 4", 6", 8", 10", or 12" standard, with 14", 16", or 18" custom.

Note: HRS Isolation Bases (M3X2, S3, R3X, E1X) are fully compatible with the EXRD and can be loaded selectively at any shelf location. Also note: on silver EXRD stands, the left and right sides plus the back of the plinth remain a black finish — a design signature of the EXR family. HRS Floor Protectors are not included with the EXRD.
