Listing Details
Description
The MCD85 is McIntosh's narrow-chassis SACD/CD player, which also serves as a full DAC for external sources: the same 8-channel, 32-bit Quad Balanced PCM/DSD converter as the MCD600, two coaxial and two optical inputs to 192 kHz, and a USB input to DSD256 and DXD 384 kHz, with fixed balanced and unbalanced outputs. McIntosh has recently retired it. This unit is new in its box; the listing uses a stock photograph with a photo of the box to show the serial number.
