The Varèse Music System now includes a dedicated CD/SACD Transport, for listeners who wish to experience the best possible sound from their silver discs.
The Transport is engineered around dCS’s proprietary asynchronous USB output and a purpose-built optical drive assembly, isolated mechanically and electrically from the rest of the system. Paired with the Master Clock and Music Processor, the Transport completes what dCS considers the reference physical-media playback path.
