LMC’s Worldwide Debut of Sonus faber’s Amati Supreme
The Amati Supreme made its worldwide debut at LMC Home Entertainment on August 27th, 2025
It was a truly unforgettable evening in our Scottsdale showroom as we proudly introduced Sonus faber’s latest masterpiece, the Amati Supreme loudspeakers, to the world. Guests were welcomed into an atmosphere filled with music, design, and Italian elegance as we celebrated a milestone moment in high-end audio.
We were honored to be joined by two distinguished guests for the occasion. Livio Cucuzza, Chief Design Officer of Sonus faber, and Roberto Gamba, Sales Director and International Business Developer for the McIntosh Group, shared their insights into the inspiration, craftsmanship, and production process that brought the Amati Supreme to life. Their thoughtful presentations highlighted the artistry and acoustic innovation that make this loudspeaker such an extraordinary achievement.
To showcase the Amati Supreme in action, LMC featured two complete systems highlighting both of the stunning available finishes. The Sabbia Oro pair was demonstrated with the dCS Rossini DAC & Master Clock, Burmester’s 077 Preamplifier with external power supply, and Burmester 218 Monoblock Amplifiers—an elegant yet powerful system that brought out every nuance of the Supremes. Meanwhile, the Terra Rossa pair was partnered with Audio Research’s Reference 330M Monoblock Amplifiers, the Reference 6SE Preamplifier, and the dCS Lina Network DAC + Master Clock, delivering precise dynamics and musical clarity. The Terra Rossa system is now headed to our Tempe showroom, while the Sabbia Oro pair will remain proudly on display in Scottsdale. Click here to see all the systems highlighted at the event.
Alongside the Amati Supreme, guests also had the rare chance to experience the Il Cremonese Ex3me – Automobili Lamborghini Edition in a bold yellow finish. This striking collaboration between Sonus faber and Automobili Lamborghini turned plenty of heads, not just for its bold design, but also for its breathtaking performance. Every detail reflects Italian craftsmanship at its finest—from aerodynamic cabinet contours inspired by Lamborghini silhouettes to the open-top design revealing the intricate crossover network, a nod to the transparent hoods showcasing Lamborghini supercar engines.
Guests were also treated to an intimate listening session with the Sonus faber Suprema, Sonus faber’s flagship loudspeaker system. Paired with authentic Italian cuisine, these demonstrations created a rich and immersive atmosphere where music, design, and culture came together seamlessly.
We are deeply grateful to Roberto Gamba and Livio Cucuzza for traveling to Scottsdale and sharing their passion for music and design. A heartfelt thank you as well to Craig Brown and Jim Pistol of McIntosh for attending and supporting this special debut.
And of course, thank you to everyone who joined us. Your presence and enthusiasm made this worldwide premiere truly special. Grazie mille for celebrating with us — a night where audio and community came together in perfect harmony.
